9th sb trip. too busy to update earlier.

whistler with the school. much like last time's. instructor was richard. he was old....*-) haha! hes good but hes bad at leading, lost two people.

AHH! finals and provs are coming up. i think i did so bad on the stupid stupid quantum/radioactivity qu-est... melisa and i studied ALL day on sunday, but nobody would believe us!!

BACK FROM WHISTLER!!

26, 27, 28 December 2006 At Whistler Blackcomb. 6th and 7th snowboard day of the season.

25th: went to lindsay's house at 10pm to sleep over, so my dad doesnt have to drive me to her house early in the morning the next day. went to bed at 11 something, chat till...1? couldnt sleep.

26th: woke up at 445, pack stuff in car, get on car, pick up debbie and michelle. had mcdonald's breakfast at squamish. couldnt sleep in the car either cuz debbie and lindsay were playing nerdy word games. got to whistler at aorund 830. debbie and michelle took lessons. i boarded, lindsay skied. at lunch at rendevous. met up with lindsay's cousins, norman and angus. they skied too. done at around 4, went to hotel room. had clam chowder. felt like a beast cuz i was so hungry haha. changed into swim gear cuz we were gonna go swim outside. so we each had on our swim suit and a t-shirt and towel. no pants, no shoes. went OUTSIDE, walked across snow and ice BAREFOOTED. then, we found out lindsay led us the wrong way... we took off our towels and stepped on them cuz our foot was freezing, and ran around back to the hotel, pantless, dragging our towel, looking like idiots... haha finally found the pool. it was pretty warm. went down and waterslide, which was pitch black. screamed all the way down. spent a while in the hot tub, then went back to the hotel room. took turns taking a bath, then went to lindsay's parent's hotel room for dinner. HOTPOT! went to games room, then went back to hotel room. i was SO sleepy, so i fell sleep on the sofa while they were playing gamecube. they woke me up around 10 to eat cheesecake... so late, got to full. opened the sofa bed, and got it all to myself. lindsay debbie and michelle slept in the room.

27th: woke up around 6 and found michelle beside me... got out of bed at 745 to get ready for boarding. boarded with lindsay again, till 12. went back to hotel room to have lunch, woo dong. went with lindsay debbie and michelle to the magic chair and taught them all how to board. pretty fun... lindsay changed back into skis around 215 and we went back up to the blue and black runs. the lifts close at 3, so we were going as fast as we can to make more runs. i didnt fall much =)) got back to hotel room around 330, and debbie and michelle werent there yet, so we were worried they may be lost or... ate candy from strangers, so we went out to find them. haha. met them at the lobby the 2nd time we went out. them we had cheese fondue. really really really good =)). went into the bedroom in the hotel room and threw hot packs at each other at... em... inappropriate places... for like 2 hours. haha! went to another hotel room to have dinner. turkey and pork and beef and potatoe and salad and stuff. pretty good. went to the "adult" area, watced a bit of food channel and sat around the lounge. went back to bath, had chocolate fondue, went to bed. michelle slept with me this time cuz debbie snores. haha!

28th: woke up at 745 again to pack. packed all our stuff, cleaned the room. lindsay made us breakfast. egg with lots of milk, haha! then lindsay's dad dropped us off at whistler village, cuz we were gonna go to the tube park. but then we found out it doesnt open till 12. so we walked around the village shops, and had some food. went to the tube park. the little kids were so cute!!! haha so first we went one by one down the runs, then 2 by 2, then we all joined together and went down. then, went to the black runs. i went first, pretty fast and scary. then linds, then debbie. then... it was michelle's turn... we watched her at the bottom, and we saw her kinda slide into the lane next to the run, and then slide across that lane into some rocks. we was just about to fall off the cliff and she stopped... scary eh? why do all the bad things happen to her? (the day before she had nose bleed cuz she fell on her face and the snow was all red...) on our last run, the people behind us went too fast and hit lindsay on the way down. got on the car around 230 and drove back home. got home at 5 something.

over all, FUN FUN TRIP. took lots of pics and videos... some were quite r-rated. haha!

still looking forward to more snowboard trips!!

5th snowboard trip of the season!!

WHISTLER BLACKCOMB! with school. it was wonderfully awesome.

so im my group was daniel, wayne, john, cheung, and loren. the guide person was adam. he's a "gangsta" as daniel puts it. haha. pretty funny.

bus ride there, watched "changing lanes". pretty boring, listened to songs, and tried to fall asleep. at whistler, the snow was AMAZING. tho some parts were TOO TOO powdery, kept on getting stuck and falling. but that's just my fault. omgosh daniel is so good. his 2nd year? but he's better than me already. haha wayne kept on falling on his skis. loren was pretty much the best out of us. cheung? i dont even know him but he joined our group. he skied, and he was pretty nice. pulled me when i got stuck. john? lets say im glad im not always last =))

didnt hurt myself much, just fell on on BUM alot of times on the ice. hurts. and it was minus 16 up there, not including windchill. lets just say im glad i had my waterproof jacket. it didnt feel that cold, at least my water bottle didnt freeze like last time at cypress. my thighs are SO sore. cuz i couldnt carve on the steep parts and i just went down zigzaggy.

bus ride back, pretty good. slept most of the way. man, bum was sore from sitting too long haha! and man, cramps suck. both kinds.
